1) Reservation of an
apartment When the host has already chosen the apartment
that he wants to reserve, he can send his form clicking
the button "reserve". The reservation will
be subject to the availability and acceptance of the
owner. The assertion of the same one, will be notified
to him by mail, and he will be asked to re-confirm his
reservation by means of the payment of the same one.
As soon as his assertion was received, a mail will be
sent to him compromising the day of the meeting in the
apartment for the delivery of the keys.
To re-confirm his reservation, the host will have 24
hours, after which, the form already filled in, loses
validity and he should begin the process of reservation
again from the beginning. The response to the form,
if it has been sent during a weekday in the commercial
schedule, he will receive it within 24 hours. If the
form has been sent on Friday out of our commercial schedule,
he will receive the response it on
Tuesday of the following week..
If the host does not receive any response to his form,
it can be that some problem has happened with the same
one, for what we recommend, in this case, resend the
form or send us an e-mail informing that the response
is being delayed, so that a representative of TRAVELLING
TO BUE gets in touch with the host.
2) Check In / Check Out:
Check In: 02.00 p.m / Check out: 10.00 a.m. Although
it is habitual that we could grant the check in earlier
or the check out later, that will depend on the availability
of the apartments. To guarantee the availability for
a previous or later schedule, the check in or check
out, it is convenient that you should make your reservation
for one more day so that it is blocked in the system.
3) Delivery of the Department:
The host will be received by a representative of TRAVELLING
TO BUE and the owner of the building in the
day and schedule that has been arranged in advance.
In this act, the keys will be handed in and the contract
will be signed. The owner will explain to the host the
functioning of the building and will be at his disposal
for any assistance that he could need during his stay.
On having finished his stay, the owner will say goodbye
to him in the day and fixed schedule, giving him back
the deposit, and the host will give him the key of the
building. The day and the schedule must be arranged
with the owner 48 hours before his departure. If the
owner does not live in the city, the host will be seen
off by a representative of TRAVELLING
TO BUE. In this case, the host will have
to contact with our offices during our commercial schedule,
48 hours before his departure. Our representative will
give him back the deposit and will receive the key of
the building. As our delivery time of the apartments
is every day, between 09.00 a.m and 09.00 p.m, the fact
of being received or seen off out of the schedule, it
will imply hiring personnel of guard, creating an additional
cost of usd 10.-.
4) Delays in the flights:
When the guest confirms his reservation we will request
him the number of flight and air line. This information
will allow us to know that the guest should be coming
at the appropriate time and flight, and arrive at the
apartment at the established time.
In case that the guest comes to
Buenos Aires with another number of flight and another
schedule, it is important that he should communicate
with us, since the change of flight is not informed
to us by the airport.
5) Tolerance of waiting of our
representatives for the delivery of the apartment:
The time of tolerance of waiting is 30 additional minutes
for possible delays that the host could have had in
coming to the apartment. If he should come to the apartment
approximately 30 minutes late, he will have to communicate
to the cell phones that appear at the bottom of the
page.
6) Form of Payment: The payment
of the rent and the administrative expenses of TRAVELING
TO BLUE, will be paid only in American dollars
and/or its equivalent one in euros, at the moment of
the signing of the contract. At that moment, the deposit
in guarantee will also be given, which will be repaid
on having finished the contract, taking into account
that there are no damages in the apartment. If there
were damages, the equivalent one will be deducted of
the guarantee for the pertinent repairs.
7) Expenses included and not included in the published
price: The included expenses, generally, include
all the expenses of the apartment: municipal taxes,
water, light and, when it is specified, TV for cable
and service of cleanliness once a week. The expenses
that are not included are generally, the ones for telephone
calls and the administrative ones for the reservation
that has already been made. (usd 20.-).
8) Telephone expenses: Most
of the apartments have pre-paid telephonic systems.
These telephonic lines work with credits of pre-paid
cards, which are acquired in booths and are loaded on
the line, by means of a very simple procedure. The host
will be informed about the functioning of the phone
at the moment of the delivery of the apartment.
9) Internet connection from the
apartment: If the host possesses laptop, he can
communicate to Internet through the phone of the apartment.
All the apartments possess telephonic line, except rare
exceptions. The host must verify that the apartment
that he has chosen has phone. He will be able to communicate
to Internet through a free server, and he will need
to buy telephonic cards for the credit of the phone.
The local phones have one service that is invoiced per
minute and depending on the system of phone of his apartment,
the most probable thing is that he needs credit on the
phone to be able to have minutes of Internet connection.
10) Probable inconvenient with
the apartment: When the host, takes possession of
the apartment, he will be provided with phones and information
of contacts, to which he will be able to consult if
there is some problem in the apartment. Generally, the
contact in the city will be the owner of the apartment,
who will assist him during his stay and if there were
any problems as regards the functioning of the building.
11) Service of cleanliness:
When the service of cleanliness is included, the same
one consists of the cleanliness of the unit once per
week, by personnel hired by the owner of the building.
The articles of cleanliness are provided by the owner.
The service includes neither the change nor washing
of sheets and towels.
12) Return of the apartment:
The unit will be delivered clean, with clothes of bed
and bath. The host is expected to return the apartment
in the same conditions in which he received it. It is
not necessary that he should wash the last set of sheets
and towels, since it is understood that there will not
be enough time to deal with it; but the host is expected
to give back all the sets of sheets and towels existing
in the unit. The apartments are provided with two sets
of towels and towlines for every host, two sets of sheets
are also included for any spare bed in the unit. In
this way, the hosts can be provided with spare sets,
while the other one is in the laundry.
13) Other inquiries : We request to see the terms
and general conditions in case the host had some doubts.
