CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS >>

In the case that you decide to cancel the reservation, the cancellation should be carried out before 30 days of the initiation of the contract, and 20 % of the amount paid will be debited by way of the same one, also costs associated with the mailing of the money. If this procedure is done in less than 30 days in advance, part of the money that has been paid ,will not be given back. As soon as the rent was paid, if you decide to shorten your stay, any amount of money will not be given back for being considered breach of contract

EXTENSION OF STAYS >>

The contracts of temporary rent are not extendable. They have date of beginning and deadline. If the host wants to extend his stay, he will have to let Traveling To Bue know in advance, to make sure that the property should not be reserved by another host. To such an end, a new contract should be done for the new period, coming to an agreement on the changes of the fee.

INSURANCE >>

For your calmness, we recommend that at the moment of having made the reservation, you should get for yourself or for your client, a valid insurance in your country to cover costs of cancellation, medical expenses, chance accidents, claims for baggage or other contingencies. Traveling To Bue, like the owner of the apartment, does not become responsible for any theft or robbery that could happen during the stay.

PRICES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT >>

The published prices include, except when the opposite is specified in the contract, all the services of the building (expenses, municipal taxes, water, light and gas). They also include, when it is specified, television for cable and/or maid's service once per week. The payment of the contract and the administrative expenses of usd 20 will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival, and only in cash, in American dollars, his equivalent one in euros or Argentine pesos. The host will have to leave a deposit in guarantee, whose value will vary in accordance with the time of the stay, which will be repaid on having finished the same one. If there were damages, these will be deducted of the above mentioned deposit, that is the reason why there is an inventory with the costs of every item.

GENERAL CONDITIONS >>

Possession of the apartment: the owner of the apartment receives the host, according to established schedule with a member of Traveling To Bue. Before his arrival, it is important to be provided with the names, ages and nationality of the people that will stay in the apartment. Those people who have not been declared, will not be able to remain in the apartment, so there will be dislodgement.

The only ones who decide the right of admission are the owners and Traveling To Bue.
At the moment of the arrival, the owner and the host will sign the contract of temporary rent and the inventory. The keys will be given to the host and he will be explained about the functioning of the apartment, and the owner provides him with his local telephone number so that the host could communicate to him for any request or worry as regards the property, and then the pending balance will be paid.

DEPARTURE >>

A few days before the departure, the host and the owner will have to agree for the delivery of the department. The apartment will have to be returned in the same conditions as it was given. Otherwise, the corresponding value to the repairs that will have to be done by negligence of the host or because of the staff of cleanliness, will be debited from the deposit.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT >>

The check in and check out of the apartments are every day between 10.00AM and 10.00PM. Check in 02.00PM / Check Out: 10.00AM. If the host came before 02.00PM, the host could occupy the apartment in advance without paying any additional cost, considering that the property is unoccupied. If the property were occupied, the host will have to wait for the schedule of the check in.
If the host wanted to assure t himself the department before the schedule of the check in, he will have to reserve the building for the previous day, paying an additional day. Being the time of the check out at 10.00AM, if the host wanted to leave after this time, he will not have to pay anything additional, only if the property did not have immediate reservation later. Otherwise, the host will have to leave the building in the schedule of the check out.

PERIOD OF ACCOMMODATION >>

The apartments that are published, can be reserved for stays of one week as minimum. In the case in which a daily fee is published, it is admitted to rent them per day. The maximum stay will be 6 months (according to the legislation of the current application). Traveling To Bue will be in charge of taking all the steps of reservation of a certain building. In the case of something unexpected in the property before the arrival of the host, that does not allow him to stay there, Traveling To Bue proposes to locate him in another apartment of similar conditions and serviceability or give him back the money that he had paid for the reservation.

SERVICES >>

In all the cases, the prices include the service of weekly maid and all set of sheets and towels, or to be agreed. Most of our apartments include the following services:

1) Line control: telephonic service enabled to receive calls that include a limited credit for the achievement of local calls. The cost of this service is included in the rent. If the host decides to make calls to cellular, inter-city or international calls and/or to exceed the credit for local calls, he will have to acquire pre-paid telephonic cards.

2) Line Zero: telephonic service to receive all kinds of calls and be able to make all kinds of calls by means of pre-paid telephonic cards.

Traveling To Bue takes pictures of all the apartments published in its web site, but it does not take responsibility for the possible changes in the decoration that the owners decide to make. For this reason, the photos do not necessarily represent with absolute accuracy the decoration of the property.
